UGLE'S IMPROVEMENT DELIVERY GROUP has identified the need for Masonic Halls to be centres of excellence which meet the need of the 'modern man'.
The Guide and Manual has been developed to help those responsible for managing Masonic Centres and is also intended to assist Provinces (and Provincial Grand Superintendents of Works) in their reviews of Masonic Centres, to ensure that they are not only legally fit for purpose but are also a credit to Freemasonry.
It is a 'living' document which will be updated on an ongoing basis.
